For hotels requiring ongoing operational analysis, Landry Hospitality Consulting Services offers asset management services to maximize top and bottom line performance of the property. Lodging facilities require constant oversight by professionals who specialize in this asset type. We will work with the hotel management and the owner to drive revenue, improve house profit, GOPPAR and ultimately optimize the value of the hotel property. We customize specific services to each client and their property. Specific service offerings include market research, operations oversight, accounting review, meetings with management, and advice on various aspects of operating and marketing the hotel property.


How it Works

As part of a contract, LHCS will make periodic site visits throughout the year. During the site visit, we will conduct a financial review and meet with management concerning current performance, strategic marketing efforts, capital expenditure plans, and any other concerns management may have. Between visits LHCS will perform market research and financial analysis for the property. We will evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing plans, monitor performance of the hotel compared to the competitive set, monitor changes in the market, and conduct performance benchmarking. We will analyze financial performance on a monthly basis and identify areas where opportunities exist to improve performance.
Additionally, we analyze the compliance of the hotel with franchise brand product improvement plans (PIP) and franchise agreements. Other services may be provided on an as-needed basis.
